Belly Dance Pop-Up Class

Learn How to belly dance or brush up on your skills.
Use your Class pack/Membership or Drop in for $25

Learn the basics of belly dancing with this special class led by Janet Volpi.  Ideal for all levels, whether you’ve taken a class previously or have always wanted to try it.  Learn the foundational moves, put them together and by the end of the class you’ll be moving in ways you didn’t think you could.  It’s also an amazing arm and core workout.

Intro to Yoga: 3-Week Series
Sunday, February 4th, 11th, & 18th
12:30 – 1:45 PM

$80 includes all 3 weeks

This 3-week series is perfect for students who have never done yoga or taken a class in a yoga studio. We’ll teach you the basic poses with insights on proper alignment to set you up for our Beginner classes. Wear comfortable clothing. A limited number of mats are available for those that don’t have one.
