Learn the skills needed in order to take your practice upside down. Get over the fear of being inverted by using a partner to assist or spot you. Jenn Miranda, with an assist from Mercedes Rolon, teach you to safely get into headstand, forearm stand and a handstand. There will be partner work in this workshop, so bring a friend or we can partner you with another student. Ideal for all levels. Wear comfortable clothes, as you will be moving through a warm up, core work, shoulder openers and stretching to get you ready for your inversion work.
