Infrared Heated Vinyasa The INFRARED
heaters warm your body primarily and not the air. The warming effect
on your body stimulates your cardiovascular system, your immune system,
and your lymphatic system. The body responds by sweating. In addition
to the Infrared heat triggering a profuse sweat, the water in our bodies
also resonates with Far Infrared heat and this also helps with the
detoxification process. This heat is MORE EFFECTIVE than forced heat
so the temperature can be 90 degrees as opposed to the traditional 105
degrees making the class more enjoyable and tolerable.
Open Level Yoga This is a Vinyasa Flow Class appropriate for all levels.
Basic knowledge of poses is necessary for this class. This class may be more challenging than beginner classes, but
appropriate modifications are always available to make every pose

Slow Sauna Stretch This is a Yin based class. We primarily focus on holding yoga poses and stretches for at least 10 breaths, while using the breath as a tool to relax and gently coax the muscles into submission.
